Digital TAG (Agile Transformation & Governance) is a tailored support programme for SMEs and regional public organisations. Combining digital maturity assessment, co-designed roadmaps and implementation follow-up, the project helps organisations carry out their digital transition in an agile and responsible way.

The programme includes awareness workshops, a monitoring dashboard and a community of practice among partner organisations.

The Neuchâtel Observatory of the Environmental Footprint of Digital Technology (ONEEN) collects and analyses data on the environmental impact of digital infrastructure and usage in the canton of Neuchâtel.

The project develops an assessment methodology suited to the French-speaking Swiss context and publishes annual reports for public and private decision-makers, with practical recommendations for reducing the carbon footprint of the digital sector.

COLEARNIS is a knowledge management platform for organisations that wish to capture, structure and share their tacit and explicit knowledge. The system uses AI techniques to suggest links between pieces of knowledge and to identify in-house experts.

Analytical dashboards enable managers to map skills and anticipate the risks associated with the departure of key staff.

In partnership with watchmaking stakeholders in the Jura Arc, this project aims to map the skills, know-how and trades of the Swiss watchmaking sector. Expert interviews, modelling workshops and digital visualisation tools are used to build a shared knowledge base.

The aim is to facilitate the transfer of know-how between generations, support vocational training and identify the critical skills to be preserved in the face of technological change.

This guided self-assessment tool enables non-specialist teams to carry out an initial digital accessibility audit of their websites and applications, based on the WCAG 2.1 criteria and Swiss legal requirements.

As part of the modernisation of Neuchâtel's public services, this consulting project supports the canton in designing and evaluating the digital ecosystem of the Guichet unique, its e-government portal. The IDO contributes its expertise in UX, accessibility and information architecture.

Deliverables include an audit of the existing situation, service architecture recommendations, user testing with a diverse range of profiles (older people, people with disabilities, speakers of other languages) and functional specifications for future developments.

Smokwit is a mobile app developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals to support people who want to stop smoking. It combines a personalised journal, mindfulness exercises, a reward system and a peer support community.

Machine learning algorithms analyse the user's behavioural patterns to anticipate moments of vulnerability and offer targeted interventions, significantly improving smoking cessation success rates.

Dionysus is a mobile app designed in close collaboration with care teams in neonatal units and parents' associations. It gives parents of premature babies a reliable source of information, a journal to follow their baby's development and easier access to the medical team.

The app also includes psychological resources to help parents cope with the stress of prolonged hospitalisation, and offers a structured follow-up programme for the period after discharge.
